- Assist platform partners in resolving disputes related to digital transactions
- Prevent fraud in digital asset transfers
- Provide compliance documentation for regulatory purposes
We act as a neutral intermediary between users and platform partners. We do not issue, sell, or redeem digital assets directly.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete information during the verification process

We aim to process verification requests within 3-5 business days. However, processing times may vary based on volume, complexity, and the need for additional information. We do not guarantee specific processing times.
5.3 Verification Decisions
Verification decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the information provided and our verification criteria. We are not obligated to disclose specific reasons for denial beyond general categories.
5.4 Appeals
Users whose verification is denied may submit an appeal with additional documentation. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision on appeal is final.
6. Fees
CodeVerification.net does not charge fees directly to individual users for standard verification services. Our services are funded through agreements with platform partners.
We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain services in the future, with appropriate notice to users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the CodeVerification.net website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, is the property of Veridian Compliance Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR DECISIONS OF PLATFORM PARTNERS REGARDING YOUR DIGITAL ASSET CLAIMS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIDIAN COMPLIANCE GROUP, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veridian Compliance Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information you provide
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of fraudulent information
- Suspected illegal activity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Discontinuation of the Services
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
